Lc29h(bs) +Rpi5 problems anyone got Linux Qgnass 1.10?

Hi guy- full disclosure I’m 100% new to Linux based software.

I’m trying to install the LC29H(BS) via GPIO pins on my RPi5 and I can’t get any good data. All I get is garbled language back when running a test in terminal.

Grok AI suggested I get QGNSS v1.10 for further testing and potential firmware update. But I cannot find it anywhere for Linux. I’ve tried every other thing I can think of (again remember I’m new to Linux) and have been leaning heavily on AI to help with commands.

The unit “seems” fine tx and rx and power lights all working. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

In RPi5 Serial port is not ttyS0, please change it in your script ttyAMA0. And you will solve most of the problems

LC29HBS is base station so It’s RTCM output not NMEA.
