Latest firmware request for EG25-GC and EP06-E

Hello Quectel team,

I would like to update two Quectel LTE modules to the latest compatible firmware.

Module 1:

  • Type: EG25-GC

  • Current firmware: EG25GGCR07A02M1G_01.001.01.001

  • IMEI: 864677064011000

Module 2:

  • Type: EP06-E

  • Current firmware: EP06ELAR03A08M4G

  • IMEI: 868186042098002

Background:

  • Personal/private R&D project

  • R&D location: France

  • The two Quectel modules were recovered from GL.iNet routers that I purchased

  • Current goal: update the firmware and validate stable LTE/MBIM operation under Linux

  • Host environment for EG25-GC testing: Debian GNU/Linux arm64/aarch64

Could you please provide:

  1. The latest full firmware package compatible with EG25-GC / EG25GGCR07A02M1G.

  2. The latest full firmware package compatible with EP06-E / EP06ELAR03A08M4G.

  3. Release notes and checksums for both firmware packages.

  4. QFlash/QFirehose and the matching user guide.

  5. If available, a Linux aarch64-compatible QFirehose binary, or source/instructions to build it for aarch64.
