After I upgraded your zip file on the module, the module stopped working and the serial ports were no longer recognized by Windows.

Is the main serial port or USB port back to normal?

it seems usb for upgrading is ok but after restart module I cant see any port in windows.

Technically you have no modem attached.
I’m wondering if you have anything in the system log right after the modem is attached.

it seems the module boot doesn’t work. because wan led is off. but when I Use Qflash and connect module to usb port qflash started upgrading.
