R03A03 is PC2, R03A04 is PC1.5.
But it seems there is no direct relationship between PC and transmit faster.

thank you, but there is clearly a connection. The PC2 specification has a TX limit of only 26 dBm, while the PC1.5 spec has 29 dBm. There is a HUGE speed difference between both standards because 29 dBm are double the transmission power of 26 dBm. There is also a field study that confirms this:
