I am facing a similar issue with a Jio ODU using a Quectel RG500U (M.2) modem.
Device details
ā¢ ODU model: JODU52420
ā¢ Modem: Quectel RG500U
Currently the device is inaccessible:
- WebUI loads but login is blocked / read-only
- I do not have access to AT commands from the ODU side
- Unable to retrieve the current firmware version due to this lockout
The last known firmware update on this unit was around 02-03-2025, before the service was decommissioned.
I would like to request the appropriate compatible firmware for RG500U (generic/operator branch if applicable) to recover stable operation.
Please let me know if IMEI, serial number, or module label photos are required.
