My current modem firmware: EM160RGLAUR02A07M4G

Please also send corresponding flashing tool on Windows 11/Lenovo PC.

Hello, can I also get a copy of the firmware please? The modem is randomly deciding to disconnect from the tower while still showing connected despite there being no Internet service. I am hoping a firmware update will help.
