I am not too sure how to get my module to work. I purchased a sim card and LTE module for my laptop and it will not connect to cellular service. I checked the imei and it says its compatible.

I’d like access to the firmware for this device, we are evaluating it and your individual support. So far we are unhappy with your module and your support. I’d love to hear from other about companies that that you found their support awesome. I’d say having for ask this question in an open forum really sucks and while we have place your organization on our “never integrate list” we are following up just to see how bad your support can be.

We would like access to the current firmware for the above mentioned device.

Sorry. According to the information you provided, this module is not from Quectel but from SIMCOM. Therefore, we are unable to provide you with the firmware of this device.
