Hello everyone, I need help with the firmware for the module EG18EA. I currently have the EG18EAPAR01A08M4G version, what is the latest one and where can I download it?

I think the EG18EAPAR01A11M4G version would be okay too. Can you send the DFOTA to upgrade from 11 and downgrade from 13 to 11?

I will have soon a Mikrotik LHG LTE18 with your modem module, I am looking for the last firmware, you already sent me the Rev. EG18-EA-PA_Firmware_Release_Notes_V0113_01.201.01.201 Date: 2024-08-28 some time ago.
Could you send me the last firmware, QFlash and if possible the EG18 AT command manual?

Dear Quectel Support,

I would like to request the firmware EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.201.01.201 for my Quectel EG18-EA module.

Module information:

  • Model: EG18-EA
  • Current firmware: EG18EAPAR01A13M4G
  • IMEI: 869816043793255

The modem is installed in a MikroTik ATL LTE18 kit.

After updating the modem firmware, it is no longer able to register on Russian mobile networks (MCC 250). The SIM cards work correctly in other devices, but the modem cannot connect to any Russian mobile operator.

According to reports from other users, firmware version EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.201.01.201 resolves this issue. Could you please provide this firmware package, or, if a newer firmware is available that fixes the registration issue in Russian networks, please provide that version instead.

If required, I would also appreciate receiving the appropriate QFlash/QFirehose tools and any flashing instructions.

Dear Quectel Support,

I have an EG18-EA module in a MikroTik router. After updating to firmware 01.300.01.300, the module cannot register on any network in Russia (MCC 250). AT+CEREG? returns +CEREG: 0,4 (“registration denied”).

I installed the suggested firmware 01.201.01.201, but the issue remains. The module sees available networks but cannot register.

Could you please provide a working firmware version that resolves this problem? I am also ready to test any beta version.
