Two more things:

  • We want to update these pcie modules as usb audio card (UAC) is not working (sound is neither received nor sent, followed pdf guide to enable it and looks like it is enabled)

*for everyone: be aware that during flash a new device will appear, you may not have the drivers installed in that moment, however you can install drivers to that device without closing qflash and continue flashing selecting the new com port that will appear after the driver installation.

I have a Quectel EC25-EU modem currently running firmware:

I am experiencing network registration issues and would like to update it to the latest compatible firmware, preferably:

EC25EUGAR06A11M4G_01.200.01.200

Could you please send me the latest official firmware package for EC25-EU, as well as the recommended QFlash version, to my email?

Dear Quectel Support,

We would like to upgrade our Quectel EC25-EU modem.

Current firmware:
EC25EUGAR06A05M4G_01.005.01.005

Our modem experiences the USB Audio problem described in your forum thread:

Voice calls connect successfully, but USB Audio is silent. Audio occasionally works after manually restarting the UAC interface using AT+QPCMV.

We would like to request:

  1. EC25EUGAR06A11M4G_01.200.01.200 firmware, or a newer compatible stable release.

  2. Confirmation that the firmware is compatible with our EC25-EU hardware.

  3. QFirehose for Linux and the official upgrade instructions.

  4. Confirmation of support for VoLTE, GSM voice calls and USB Audio.

Our system runs Ubuntu Linux with Asterisk 22.10.1.
