I’m looking to see if I currently have the latest firmware version for EC25-A. The version I currently have is: EC25AFFDR07A09M4G_01.004.01.004. If that is not the latest version, could you please send me the latest version? We currently have a critical project experiencing packet loss when using the cellular module and I want to ensure that it is not due to a known issue in an older firmware version. If we do have the latest version, are there any currently known issues that could be causing packet loss or delay?
