We are currently using BG95-M3 modules with firmware:
BG95M3LAR02A03_01.006.01.006.
Is there a DFOTA package available from our current version → A0.300?
Or is it needed for me to do this via QFlash for my units now?

I’m currently using BG95M3LAR02A03_01.200.01.200 and PSM doesn’t seem to work properly (can’t wake via PWRKEY).
On top of that, can someone explain why Quectel doesn’t distribute the latest firmware on their website and we have to ask here?
