Could you please share the last firmware for LC29HEA?
I have this version loaded:
I believe that this is the latest version but I would like to re-flash it as per recommendations in this topic:
Hello Dale , it seems that your module has not ingested the new firmware…if after a new fw_update procedure U see no difference, open a new topic and describe the situation by saying what kind of evb card you have where you bought , what was the original fw etc. and explicitly request support in addition to an “[official
[flash]
]” firmware.
P.s. at least moves to 1hz with $PQTMCFGFIXRATE,W,1000*59 ?
let me know
Marco
I got my LC29HEA development board here, https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806670819614.html and it seems to be an EA since it updates at 10hz:
Thanks,
Dale

please contact support@quectel.com to get the latest firmware, thanks~
I’m on the same situation, LC29HEA $PQTMVERNO,LC29HEANR11A03S_RSA,2023/10/31,16:52:14*2B version and RTK doesn’t work.
I solved changing NTRIP mount point and using MSM5 one, no firmware update required.
LC29HEA (LC29HEANR11A03S_RSA): Survey-In completes but no Base / no RTCM
I’m using LC29HEA modules with firmware LC29HEANR11A03S_RSA .
Goal: Survey-In → Base → RTCM 3.x output for logging and OPUS (RTCM → RINEX).
Current behavior:
PQTMCFGSVIN accepted
PQTMSVINSTATUS reports convergence correctly
Commands ACK normally
After Survey-In completion, receiver remains in Rover
$PTQM062 always reports role = 2
No RTCM output is generated
Same behavior on multiple modules
Factory reset (PQTMRESTOREPAR) does not change this
This exact workflow worked previously on the same hardware using command-only configuration.
Questions:
Which LC29HEA firmware revision supports Survey-In followed by Base operation with RTCM output?
Is that firmware customer-available?
On newer firmware, is there a different command sequence required to transition from Survey-In to Base / enable RTCM?
Use case is RTCM logging for post-processing (OPUS) , not real-time RTK.
Hi @freakinbill
Thank you for reaching out
The firmware which supports Raw RTCM is LC29HEANR11A04S_RSA
I will send you the latest firmware via email, please let me know if you have trouble downloading.
The RTCM output is enable once it enters Base station mode, to configure this please enter the following command:
$PQTMCFGRCVRMODE,W,2*29
$PQTMSAVEPAR*5A
Reset module
After getting fixed the RTCM will default output RTCM3 data in MSM4 format, you can use the following command to output the desire MSM format
$PAIR432,1*22
Please let me know if you have difficulty in configuring the following steps, i’ll be available to support
Best regards
