L96 GPS I2C problem

Hello,

For a project I am using the L96 GNSS module. This module is placed on a custom board and is connected via I2C. The problem I’m facing is that the I2C SDA line outputs the same UART data as on the UART TX pin every second or so. This causes or I2C bus to be unresponsive/stuck. Are there any commands to properly turn on the I2C (only output data when it is read by the master) or is there an option to turn of the output on the I2C pins?

Thanks in advance

Dear Sir,
Please make sure your f/w version supports I2C feature.
1, Query f/w version by issuing $PQVERNO,R*3F.
2, F/W version with SC suffix support I2C.
3, Please upgrade your f/w to L96NR01A03SC.
