I powered up the L89HD. Leaving the BROM messagage is appearing every 3 second. Is it rebooting itself?.
I checked the VCC using ossciloscope and it is stable at 3.3V.
I sent PAIR commands and getting acknowledgement as shown below
Hi @N_N the PAIR062 command is to set the NMEA output rate. Your command was to disable NMEA_SEN_GSA.
Once send out the command please save the parameter using below command and reboot the module.
$PQTMSAVEPAR*5A
Can you share the firmware version and the NMEA log as well?

Also I attached the NEMA messages..
It keeps on rebooting every 3 second..

Hi @N_N can you share your setup and how you connect the module? Also please share your schematic design if available as this rebooting issue is potentially due to HW issue.

I have left following pins Not Connected : WDI_SET, WI, FWD, WHEELTICK, RESET, V Back, 1 PPS, WAKEUP, JAM_IND, GEOFENCE.
Should I pull down WDT pin , rather than floating. I check voltage on WDT pin.. it is at 2V.. but VCC is at 3.3 V
I will try to mouting again the IC , may be solder connection is not good.
Will update you with schematic.
