L80R vs LC86GLA

Hi, there is something I do not undertand, and I’dissapointed:

Almost same PCB design (L86 3mm longer), L80R works wonderfull (120 sec TTFF) and L86 takes almost 8 minutes to TTFF, with all GNSS on: GPS, Glonass, Galileo, BDS and QZSS.

The difference: L80 has MTK chip, L86… I do not know.

Hi Gustavos,

LC86G base on Airoha AG3352. We found that the 2 chipset have different strategy on satellies searching. We are now trying to fix TTFF disadvantage, please look forward to the next firmware.
