L80 periodic mode

Hi I’m trying to put my L80-R module (AXN 2.23) into periodic standby mode but it doesn’t seem to want to enter. I can successfully send other commands to the module (example: query version, change fix interval, etc). The commands I’ve tried sending to the module via Arduino IDE are:
gps.send_P( &gpsPort, F(“PMTK225,2,5000,100000,0,0”)); //use of this code does not require $ or checksum

and

GPS.sendCommand("$PMTK225,2,10000,10000*29\r\n");

Does the L80-R have the capability of periodic standby mode?

Disregard. L80-R does not have periodic mode, while the L80 does.

No, L80-R doesn’t support periodic mode, you could compare the operating modes in L80-R and L80 HD doc.
