L76-M33. The module is not in service area

Hello!
A few minutes after powering on and initializing the L76L-M33 Q1-C0121, it begins to output the message “The module is not in service area.*28” via UART. How can this be fixed?

I am sorry to tell that this area restriction can’t be remove. This message mean module is not supported in this area, only be used in an unrestricted environment.
