L76 Error - 24.7728839 is not a valid floating point value

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to install L76’s drivers and tools from the CD that came with the discovery boards. But there is one error I keep getting and I couldn’t find anything on the internet. The error is:

‘24.7728839’ is not a valid floating point value.

Sometimes these problems occur when decimal symbol is set to something else than ‘.’.
When you open Control Panel, select Region and Additional settings, try to set decimal symbol to ‘.’. You may have to change digit grouping symbol, if it is set to ‘.’.

It is strange that still in 2021 there is software that uses the regional settings. If users have to be changing the regional settings for each program we use it can be a major headache.
