Issue with non-english ussd servises ( EC200U )

Hi everyone
I use EC200U module and i have problem with non-english USSD services.
response is in ucs2 format but return null.
i pretty sure service works. (tested with another gsm module)

the command i use:

AT+CUSD=1,"*780*2*1#",15

+CUSD: 1, "" ,72

 >

even with these settings:

 AT+CSCS: "HEX"/"IRA"/etc
 AT+cgmf=0
and:
AT+CUSD=1,"*780*2*1# in hex format", 15  // return Error

what should i do?
is Firmware Update available for this issue?

EC200U
Revision: EC200UEUAAR02A05M08

I have no problem with non-english sms but in ussd it returns null.

AT+CUSD=1,"*780*2*1#",15

+CUSD: 1, "" ,72
