Issue using quectel RM520-Gl(qmi_wwan_q) driver in ubuntu 20 with 5g modem

I am trying to install use quectel-cm instead of modemmanager on an ubuntu 20 machine. When when I run the quectel-cm command, I am not able to connect. I will attach a video to show the current state. Any help would be gratefull.

Hi,i think because your device is disconnected,you need to reconnect manually if you’re not using external power

@Jamshaid_Amjad When you mean device, are you referring to the quectel modem?

Please execute: lsusb -t and share the response to us.
And uninstall modemmanager.

dmesg log
and

cat /sys/kernel/debug/usb/devices

I was able to solve it. It seem i was setting the usbnet wrong. It had to be 0 not 3. After that and resseting modem with cfun, it worked.
