but how to flash, the firmware gives an error all the time

There is, but beware that you may brick it in the process!

I recommend evaluating a Sierra module instead; anyone can download firmware from Sierra’s website, updates are super easy on Linux with qmi-firmware-update, and they are impossible to brick. You can even delete all firmware (AT!IMAGE=0) then reboot it, and while it won’t go online in that state you can still talk to it and give it a new image via the same tooling.
