Is there a 4G equivalent for M95 module?

Hello. We have a product utilising the M95 module for 2G connection. The devices have been working well, and we would like to use a similar module in our upgraded version. In anticipation of the upcoming 2G switch off in the UK, please could you recommend an equivalent module, ideally in a 42-pin LCC package? Many thanks
