I currently have a few RM530N-GL modems in the field using firmware RM530NGLAAR03A02M4G_01.200.01.200. I was trying to trouble shoot a problem and purchased another RM530N-GL for testing but it came with firmware RM530NGLAAR05A01M4G_01.200.01.200. Would it be possible to get the older firmware and roll back my testing modem as there does seem to be some differences in the firmware that cause issues with our workflow?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, generally modules can’t be rolled back to old versions. Otherwise, it may cause the modules to fail to work properly. You can see the instructions in the release notes within the firmware package.
