Internet connection and how to get connection quality parameter in parallel?

I have a Quectel RM520N-GL and build up a Internet connection (at the moment via wvdial on a Linux system).
This is over one of the serial channels (AT command interface with PPP).
Is there a possibility to get additional quality parameters over a second AT command interface?
I assume I can use at+csq, or AT+QENG=“servingcell”, AT+QENG=“neighbourcell”.
What other commands can I use?
Which of the results are referring to the built up internet connection, which are more or less general?

Are there other or better ways to get statistic information about the current (connection) state of my 5G modem?

Dear @capiman
Currently, we use at+csq, or AT+QENG=“servingcell”, AT+QENG=“neighbourcell” to obtain quality parameters.
Actually, you can give us more information, which parameter do you want to get, then we can check internally.
