Intermittent EMM_CAUSE_ESM_FAILURE on EG800Q-EU

Hi,

I am experiencing intermittent +CEREG=0,3 errors when trying to attach to the network. AT+CEER indicates +CEER: EMM_CAUSE_ESM_FAILURE

Why would this happen intermittently? Is there a way for me to debug this on a lower level?

Thanks!

This event is usually related to the SIM card and APN, you need to check whether the APN is correct or matches the SIM card correctly; You can also use other SIM cards for cross-verification
