Hi All,
I made EC200U PCB Design as per its datasheet and interfacing with MCU ESP32 for GSM and GPS Application. Though i get Analog voltages at all necessary pins, I donot get any response by checking through Serial data. So should i wake up it on my first usage?? How do i intialise the EC200U Chip?? Also is EC200U pre-programmed or do i have to Flash script into it??

May I ask what system your MCU is? It can wake up the module through AT commands.
