Incoming call and sending SMS at the same time block UART (EG915)

Hello all.

When sending an SMS and receiving a call simultaneously, sending SMS fails, but the UART blocks and does not respond to any commands and I also don’t get the ringing indicator. When the call is disconnected, I get feedback from commands sent to the module previously.
Could you help me to solve this problem?

Are you allowing either the CS or PS service in your AT+CGSMS? result?

Thanks for your answer.

I have already activated CS and PS, but the problem continued. Can you imagine what the possible problem is?
My problem is that I need to reject the call and it is not possible because the uart is blocked
