In system update of BG96 firmware

We are using BG96 in a GNU/Linux embedded system. We used QFlash 2.0 for Firmare Update of BG96 together with kernel 4.14. Now we moved to kernel 5.10 and QFlash is no longer working. Quectel FAE told us to use QFirehose v1.4.11, we tried it already with no success on kernel 4.14, and also QFirehose failed. After the update the device is no longer usable,:
