Dear All,
I am using GPS module L89H but facing challenges for having accurate values for Altitude, Lattitude, Longitude etc. I checked for few parameters received for GPS packet like number of satellites, PDOP, VDOP, HDOP etc. I observed that all these values are falling within limits defined for excellent or accurate GPS but still the actual values for key GPS parameters are extremely varying. E.g. Altitude value is having about 40-70 meters of difference as compared to actual altitude for a place. If anyone has worked on these parameters for improving GPS accuracy, please provide guidance for improving the same. If any alternate means are there for improving accuracy, please suggest those as well.
