For SC20CE, one file is SC20CEPSR06, one file is SC20CEPQR06, can you help confirm which one is needed for you, you can share the full OC of the module for checking.

I can’t find the suitable firmware for this OC.
If your module can boot, you can check the firmware version in Settings and confirm which version is used.
