Thanks for your inquiry in Quectel forum.
From the log you provided, the module can connect to the HTTP URL normally, have no any issue. I cannot understand what is your problem ? Please share more information with us. Thanks!
As you know that EC20F module is LTE CAT4 module, which is apply for China domestic marketing, not LPWA module, but it returns “CAT-M1” in your log, it is very strange. Please double check whether you use the correct SIM card to test EC20F module. Thanks!

Ec20f is can use in Vietnam ?

Normally, we do not recommend to use EC20F module in Vietnam. You can use EC25E module.Thanks!
