I need equivalent AT Command Codes on gsm M35

I using device GSM M35 (Quectel_M35)
How to using AT command AT^CVOICE?, AT^DDSETEX and AT^U2DIAG on device, is there any equivalent solution?

it come from TC35 module ，or not ？

from my side ， there is the description of M35 quectel AT manual and The 3GPP AT only
