I can't record an incoming call on EC20F module

Hello,
I have an EC20F module, the revision is EC20CEHCR06A06M1G. When I use some commands, the response is ERROR. So I can’t use command AT+QAUDRD=1,”A.wav”,13,0 to record incoming call.

AT+QAUDRD=?
ERROR
AT+QDAI=?
ERROR

Please help me!
