I am unable to send GET request to HTTP server using Quectel M66 Module

Hi..
My aim is to send GET request to HTTP server using M66 module.I am using Thingspeak cloud platform for data.
I am following example procedure which is given in data sheet. but failed to send GET request to HTTP.

ERROR: 3818
This means the error “SOC_CLOSE” is returned.
This is the error returned by the server, you can change the server to test. You can also determine if the server you are connecting to requires ssl
