I am unable to ping the global ip received by the quectel module

I have enabled the module from PCIE and After i run quectel-CM Application. I got global ip on rmnet_mh0.1 interface. i unable to ping this globle ip Received to Quectel Module
I how to ping global ip received by quectel module?
