The firmware I am looking for is:

EC21AFAR05A06M4G_01.001.01.001

The currently installed firmware is:

EC21VFAR02A15M4G_01.003.01.003

YES I am aware that the currently installed firmware is for the EC21-V, but it is the wrong firmware. The modem is labeled EC21-A. Please help :slight_smile:

Can you help to show the top label of the module and IMEI.
I am afraid you cannot upgrade to your requested firmware, therefore let me check your top label and IMEI before send you any firmware.
