HTTP POST in EC600U Module

I am working on EC600U Module using QuecOpen. I have gone through the demo code, but they are first write content into Text file and then uploads in onto the server through HTTP Post.
Kindly explain me the demo example, so that I could perform HTTP Post and send JSON data without creating & uploading text files.
