How to verify Quectel EC25-AF(D) module Hardware version?

The hardware version cannot be queried directly through AT commands. You can open the shielding cover of the module. The hardware version of the module is standard inside. Generally, the shielding cover has a silk screen for V5.1. You can also open the shielding cover to query, thank you.

Opened the box, however i’m unable to locate the HW version either on stainless steel shielding cover or inside.

Hello, the hardware version information is on the PCB board of the module. You can see it when you open the shielding cover. Here is a picture I took.
