How to use UART on the BC66OK-GL-TE-B with direct wiring

Hello,
I am working with the BC66OK-GL-TE-B module and I would like to use the UART interface using only wires (TX, RX, GND).
Is it possible to access the UART directly for AT command communication using a USB-to-UART adapter or a microcontroller?
