How to use mc60e as a bidirectional data exchanger between two devices using Bluetooth(BLE4.0) ?

You can refer to our ble usage document, mc60e can be registered as server or client, but only as both types. When the server is registered as a slave server, it can connect to the host. As a client, as a host, you can scan for ble devices and initiate connections
