I have a l89ha-s90 module that i wanted to upgrade firmware for .Product no. is L89HANR01A07S. Also the module is not outputting any nmea strings or any data even after giving 3.7V to the vcc and v_bckup pin . What could be the issue ?

Did you test with your own design or an EVB?
The voltage you provide to VCC and VBCKP matches the voltage domain. Please check if the power-up sequence is sufficient.

Thank you very much for the reply. I have recieved the firmware . I was first directly checking the L89Ha module , not the evb , before using it by giving 3.7 V directly to V_BCKUP and VCC . They are connected directly with wire so there should not be any rush or drop.I am not getting any output from tx pin.
