How to solve this error on EC25-E

I am experiencing with my EC25-E modem on the Jio 4G network in India.

Here is the sequence of AT commands and responses when attempting to initialize the modem:

Despite inserting a Jio 4G SIM card with an appropriate recharge plan, I encountered an error (ERROR) while attempting to dial a number (ATD+918459769590;). Additionally, sending an SMS was not successful.

Don’t you need to add ims APN?

@AKSHAY_KAMBLE
Welcome to Quectel Forum, I suggest you to read the documentation of your device, paying attention in the initial configurations, and also if your operator have some special configurations to be done (LycaMobile in Europe is one example of it).
Furthermore, I suggest you to contact @mandy.wang, @Raphael-Q or @lyman-Q . They are persons with strong knowledge, and I’m quite sure that they will help you in the proper way to fix your issues or some difficulties that you’re facing now.
Once again, feel welcomed to Quectel Forums, and have a great weekend.

Hi @AKSHAY_KAMBLE
Can you check the AT+CGDCONT? and AT+QENG=“SERVINGBCELL” commands?
