How to send e-mail with EG25-G / Protocols

Hello,

I need to send an e-mail with EG25-G, I have seen I need to use TCP/IP Protocol, how does it work?
In this e-mail, I need to send images (which I will encode in the case I can just send text)

Also, does EG25-G supports MMS protocol? Because I think I can send images in this way.
Where can I find the list of protocols and the AT command associated?
