i have check it with example code from document (open cpu series guide) and as well example from open cpu sdk. there is no options for file creation in code address - 320 kb (file read and write is available for UFS , RAM and SD card only). i want to know , is there any possibility available in mc60 open cpu to create file in code size.

the 320K code space is only for the client to store their code, even if you have not used up this space, you can not store files or do some other in this remaining code space.
