How to identify an accepted call using AT commands?

My call command I using:

> ATD123456;
OK

// Nothing happens when it is accepted

I tried using AT+CLCC, but sometimes it returns 0 (active call) for numbers that haven’t answered the call yet. Please help me, thank you.
