How to get IMEI nuber,Service provider name,signal strength without AT commands in EC25G

Hi,
I’m using “quectel-CM” tool to establish internet connection in EC25G module and this is working fine.
But I want to get Signals strength,IMEI number and service provider name with out using AT and qmicli commands.Please confirm is this possible or not

Qualcomm platform obtains this information through AT and QMI commands, we also recommend you to do so.
