How to get 5G singal in RM520n module?

I am using RM520n module, but yet not received 5G signal.
I already set it in preferred 5G mode, using AT+QNWPREFCFG=“mode_pref”,NR5G:LTE

I can get LTE-A signal, but no 5G. Modem attached on usb0 interface using ECM protocol cdc_ether.
Am I missing something?

Please share your current firmware. Do you confirm your region has SA or NSA network?
And check the response of AT commands below:
AT+C5GREG?
AT+QENG=“servingcell”
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“nsa_nr5g_band”
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“nr5g_band”

My firmware version is RM520NGLAAR03A03M4G, model -Quectel RM520N-GL, following screenshot you may see.

I have NSA network of Airtel
Here is the response of command-

AT+C5GREG?

OK

AT+QENG=“servingcell”
ERROR
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“nsa_nr5g_band”
ERROR
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“nr5g_band”
ERROR

If you can update me about the same, I am unable to get 5G signal.

Is it possible to capture log for analyze?
