How to fix AT+QENG result carrier in EC25-E?

Using EC25-E without SIM card, MNC does not freeze when getting AT+QENG results.

If APN(450-08) is set with AT+CGDCONT, AT+QENG results in (450-06).

If you use a SIM card, you get the desired result, but can’t you get the result of the APN set without a SIM card?

Yes, without a SIM card a random PLMN is selected and attempts to register, but all fail.
