Iam trying to connect QNavigator software to MDVR in which EC25E modem is installed but the connection is not establishing.
I have installed Quectel drivers too but still connection is not establishing
Pls help me to establish connection

I see that the serial port connection you used in the screenshot is com4. Please confirm whether the port is correctly configured in the qnavigator software.
