How to change IMEI on EC200S-EU?

Hi, can you please help to change the IMEI on Built In 4G module on Head Unit?
The reason is very low speed, someone told me that if i change the IMEI from an old phone, the speed will increase.

The IMEI is not directly related to the rate. Please check whether the APN of some SIM cards has the rate limit. You can also try to use other SIM cards for cross-verification

Tried to change SIM-card, the same result.
The same SIM-card on the mobile phone gives 26mbps, and on 4G module gives 1mpbs or 2mbps

Tried to connect different antennas, no result
